Similar synonyms; all bark and no bite, all bluff and bluster, all foam, no beer, all hammer, no nail, all icing, no cake, all lime and salt, no tequila, all mouth and no trousers, all talk and no action. In Turkish; Ayinesi iştir kişinin lafa bakılmaz. (we can translate this into English ; the job someone accomplished is his mirror, there is no need to take his words into account.
