A blind leader of the blind

This proverb has a biblical source. Jesus told His disciples: “Let them alone; they are blind guides of the blind. And if a blind man guides a blind man, both will fall into a pit.” - Mt 15:12-14 The saying is often used when talking about leaders without a clear vision of the future, who mislead their followers.
